Annabel Partridge was trained under Skye Gyngell, she worked as Sous chef at Petersham Nursaires when it received its Michelin Star and then subsequently worked for Skye at Spring, Somerset House. She then went on to launch Kettle and Crust, a healthy café in Hammersmith, which ran an programme of work experience, training and employment for the long term unemployed. After setting up and running Supper In A Pear Tree with her sister Charlotte for six years Annabel has now gone on to open her own restaurant Pear Tree Café in Battersea Park. So she is sadly no longer the head chef at Supper In A Pear Tree.
The Pear Tree Café celebrates a love of seasonal produce and gives them a change to showcase beautiful produce in a relaxed environment.
